20 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DRUG LAW REFORM
Lennice has expertise in both horticulture, as a Virginia Cooperative Extension Master Gardener and numerous state, federal, and international legal issues pertaining to cannabis. Conversant in all drug law issues, encompassing the Four corners of the Law.
In 1991, Lennice founded Virginians Against Drug Violence, { http://www.drugsense.org/dpfva/) a voluntary organization of persons working to end the drug war. The group seeks peaceful solutions to drug problems. One of the organization’s primary objective is to keep small time drug offenders out of jail or prison. Lennice frequents the Virginia General Assembly and has testified on many times.
